Let me introduce you the "MUST TRY" appetizer in Rama V, which is also the Best Selling Appetizer too.
This little awesome Appetizer is called "Chor Ladda". It is freshly made by hand & the color is naturally taken from the flowers.
This inevitable Blue flower-shaped dumpling is stuffed with Minced Chicken and Peanut. It was then toppled up with the Garlic oil which had my tongue burst out the savoury combination of it.
I can NEVER forget how it taste like the moment I put it into my tongue. The moment I had a bite of it, the CONTENT inside the dumpling just melted in my mouth and followed by the authentic smell bursting out.
After trying one "Chor Ladda", the NEXT thing I did was putting another one and another one into my mouth. You just couldn't stop trying out this Significant Appetizer.
Besides recommending the "Chor Ladda", I would also like to show you a few pictures of the dishes that were served during the Loy Krathong Event. We also got Free Flow of Wine & Beer as well!

Some of the dishes couldn't be found in the menu & were specially made for the guests in this event only.
However, if you would like to try the exact dishes that were posted over here, I believe you could make a special request on that.

Roasted Pumpkin Soup mix with bits and pieces of seafood, chopped pistachios and a sprinkling of lemon zest.
This soup is really awesome, the moment I had a taste of this soup, it tastes like a normal pumpkin soup. However, there is a surprise afterwards. The smell of the lemon & pumpkin soup were blended together into one & pops out only after the soup goes down to your throat.
Sounds interesting right?
I like this soup really much too.
